Decker Heating & Construction was also honored at Central Boiler's 2002 dealer meeting, receiving the award for Central Boiler Outstanding Customer Service for 2000.

I was installing my Central Boiler Classic on the Sunday of July 4th weekend.  I needed a coupler joint to hook two lengths of pipe together.  With all of the local hardware stores closed or not able to supply what I needed, I called my dealer, Ken Decker.  He drove over an hour (on Sunday) to meet me with a whole new length of tubing so I wouldn't have to worry about a possible faulty joint in the future.  I can't say enough about the service he has provided so far without any hesitation whatsoever.  I will recommend Central Boiler to anyone interested but especially Ken Decker because of the outstanding service.  Central Boiler is fortunate to have such a dealer.

I just had a Central Boiler installed at my home.  I am so far, very pleased with the furnace.  Mr.  Ken Decker was the dealer that I bought it from.  Ken was as good as anybody could be, as he set one price and stuck to it, he said he would be here on Wednesday, but he called me Tuesday night and asked if he could wait until Thursday as the new furnaces were coming in that day with the color we wanted.  As it happened, this was the day that the big ice storm hit up North, with the roads closing behind him he came with the furnace anyway.  When he left that night to try to get home, the furnace was running and the house was getting nice and warm.  I am very pleased with this man..... Mr. Decker is a very personable, likable and reliable person to deal with and I was glad to have bought the furnace from him and also glad to work that day with him.  I have/will recommend him to anyone who wants a Central Boiler and be glad to show it to whoever wants to see how one works.

I am extremely please with the Central Boiler furnace and service from Ken Decker.  I am amazed at how efficient this outdoor wood furnace is.  I expect to save roughly $3500 this year alone with the rising cost of fuel prices.  I couldn't be happier with my purchase.  I only wish I had done this five years ago when my home was built.
